Dear All, Le Cordon Bleu continues its projection as a global leader in culinary arts and hospitality training as another exciting year draws to a close. In light of UNESCO’s decision to add the French gastronomic meal to the world heritage list, we must continue to enrich our students with the French culinary techniques and rituals so they can understand that this type of recognition can also belong to their community or to their country.
