Le Cordon Bleu Paris diplomas graduation ceremony took place on August 26 at the prestigious private club Le Cercle de l'Union Interalliée. Chef Henri Charvet, Président Euro-Toques France, and owner of the restaurant Au Comte ( 1 Michelin star) in Boulogne-Billancourt was the patron
of the class.
