As Le Cordon Bleu is blowing out its 125 candles in 2020, the network of 35 institutes has prepared an array of festivities to celebrate the different flavours, talents and above all our passion for gastronomy. For example, throughout the year, new programmes will be available along with the launch of international competitions and the opening of restaurants in Brazil and the United Kingdom. Join us!
Founded in 1895, Le Cordon Bleu has been evolving from a small Parisian cooking school to become the leading Global Network of Culinary Arts institutes providing teaching tradition and excellence to more than 20,000 students annually. With a network of more than 35 schools in 20 countries, Le Cordon Bleu’s role is to teach a whole range of technical and University training programmes for working in the restaurant, hotel and tourism industry.
Introducing World Cuisine programme
While 2020 marks our 125th anniversary, Le Cordon Bleu is proud to present our newest World Cuisine programme. This 10-week course proposes an initiation to international gastronomies, introducing a taste of Latin American, Asian, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisines.
Each week emphasises on one cuisine led by an expert in its field, a visiting instructor coming from our institutes around the world specially for the occasion. The programme can be booked as a
module only or a
certificate (including all 10 weeks).
Available exclusively in London and in Paris in 2020, this innovative programme acts as the perfect introduction to the many international cuisine courses offered by Le Cordon Bleu around the world, such as the campus specific
Japanese Cuisine Diploma,
Spanish Cuisine Diploma,
Mexican Cuisine foundations certificate and the
Professional Thai cuisine Diploma.
