Improve your confidence in the kitchen and learn a classic repertoire of French pâtisserie techniques including creaming, aerating, folding, glazing, piping and decorating. This short course combines a perfect balance of theory and practical, so you will gain an all-round Le Cordon Bleu experience.

You’ll also get to prepare a large variety of recipes including cakes, tarts, doughs, pastries, biscuits and loads more! Are you ready to ignite your passion for pâtisserie?
