Festive Cakes

This two-day long cake decorating course has been designed to introduce cake decorating, design, and preparation. In these cake decorating classes, our pâtisserie chef will provide you with cake making skills and techniques that have been successfully implemented in the professional environment.

Included in the price
A six hour practical session over 2 days , all ingredients, a recipe booklet. All baking equipment and teaching resources are provided in our kitchen for use on the day.

No prior knowledge is required for this course, which is suitable for both novices and cooks with some experience, and all of the food created during the day is yours to take home with you.

Maximum of 14 participants working at their own station.
