On Saturday 29th June, guests enjoyed a unique dining experience, departing from beside Le Cordon Bleu, as part of the Le Cordon Bleu Summer Festival.
Cord is the first fine dining restaurant in London by the famed culinary arts institute, and this exciting partnership was part of Le Cordon Bleu Summer Festival 2024, celebrating all things gastronomic.
Guests aboard Bustronome’s double-decker fine dining restaurant were able to discover unparalleled views of London’s most iconic sights, whilst enjoying an exquisite menu crafted by Cord’s Executive Chef Karl O’Dell. A skilful and creative chef, Karl uses his unique and innovative culinary style to execute seasonal menus, reflecting the best produce and flavours available all year round.
The menus for this event reflelcted the care and craft that goes into all of Cord’s dishes, and featured the best seasonal produce expertly prepared by Cord chefs, with dishes including Heritage Tomatoes, Rack of Lamb and Black Forest.
To complete the experience, Cord’s sommelier curated a selection of wines and non-alcoholic beverages to pair perfectly with the menu.
