Cord is the first fine dining restaurant in London by the famed culinary arts institute, and this exciting partnership is part of Le Cordon Bleu’s annual Summer Festival celebrating all things gastronomic.
Guests aboard Bustronome’s double-decker fine dining restaurant will discover unparalleled views of London’s most iconic sights, whilst enjoying an exquisite menu crafted by Cord’s Executive Chef Karl O’Dell. A skilful and creative chef, Karl uses his unique and innovative culinary style to execute seasonal menus, reflecting the best produce and flavours available all year round.
Available for lunch or dinner, the menus for this event will reflect the care and craft that goes into all of Cord’s dishes. Featuring the best seasonal produce expertly prepared by Cord chefs, with dishes including Heritage Tomatoes, Rack of Lamb and Black Forest.
To complete the experience, Cord’s sommelier has curated a selection of wines and non-alcoholic beverages to pair perfectly with the menu.
