Taking place on Saturday 2nd May, The Le Cordon Bleu London Spring Festival 2020 will include interactive practical workshops such as the Boulangerie Techniques Workshops outlined below:

  • 11:30am - 1:00pm: Cinnamon hot cross buns with apple butter
  • 2:00pm - 3.30pm: Pan fried flat bread Goats cheese, honey and beetroot
  • 4:30pm - 6:00pm: Caramelised baby onion focaccia with garlic oil and rosemary
Boulangerie Techniques Workshop:
Covering skills that are included in our Diplôme de Boulangerie, these workshops will teach you key baking techniques such as kneading, dough shaping and how to fill. The skills and techniques you're taught will be dependent on the workshop you select, but the knowledge gained from any of the three workshops will be applicable and transferable to other baking products.

Workshops take place in our state-of-the-art kitchens and include some of the best equipment available, such as performance knives by Zwilling.



Please note: A general admissions ticket is required to attend workshops. Equipment and uniform is provided where applicable, however must be returned at the end of the workshop. Due to the nature of the workshop, in registering you are confirming that you are fit to work in a professional kitchen environment.
