Le Cordon Bleu London will host its annual Summer Festival on Saturday 21st June 2025. This year also marks the 130th anniversary of Le Cordon Bleu's opening, so this year's festival will celebrate Le Cordon Bleu's rich history of excellence in culinary education.

Le Cordon Bleu Summer Festival 2025 will feature interactive practical workshops and tastings with Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs and Wine experts and demonstrations from some of the biggest chefs in the industry from some of the finest high-end restaurants. There will also be a Salon Gourmet Tasting Area: a food & drinks tasting space for guests to sample and purchase some fantastic products from top partner brands.

Workshops & Tastings
Summer Festival


Le Cordon Bleu London's Summer Festival 2025 will host practical workshops throughout the day, allowing attendees to get a hands-on experience cooking at Le Cordon Bleu. Culinary workshops are priced at £50 each and include festival entrance and the equipment required. In addition to this, the Wine & Beverages Tasting sessions are priced at just £30 and also include entry to the festival. Each workshop focusses on a different discipline based on the skills taught on the programmes and courses offered at Le Cordon Bleu London. If not purchasing a workshop or tasting, general admission to the festival can be purchased at a cost of £15.

 

Guest Chef Demonstrations
Summer Festival


Le Cordon Bleu London Summer Festival 2025 will feature top guest chefs hosting demonstrations throughout the day. This year will have demonstrations from Chef Antonio Milla and Chef Francisco ‘Paco’ Jose Torrico of Barrafina, Executive Pastry Chef Nicolas Houchet of The Savoy Hotel, Chef Lieven Demeestere of Arenberg, Le Cordon Bleu Master Bakers Stephane Gliniewicz & Douglas Bond Mollitt, Group Head Chef Flori Porja of Brindisa and Executive Chef Karl O'Dell of Cord restaurant.

The 2024 event included demonstrations from Senior Sous Chef Justine Bordet of Cord restaurant, Executive Pastry Chef Michael Kwan of Dorchester Hotel, Chef Patron Tom Booton of the Dorchester Grill, Chef Patron Karim Bourgi of Kayu, Head Chef Adriana Cavita of Cavita, former Galvin at Windows Executive Chef Marc Hardiman.

 


Tasting Area

Summer Festival


Le Cordon Bleu London Summer Festival 2025 will feature the return of the Salon Gourmet Tasting Area. Guests visiting our 4th floor can sample and purchase products from some excellent brands. This year brands will include the Maison Louis Latour wine bar, Brindisa, Julienne Bruno, the Peruvian Embassy pisco bar and more.
