On Saturday 21^st June, Le Cordon Bleu London Summer Festival 2025 will host interactive practical workshops such as the following wine tasting workshops:

• 12:00pm - 13:00pm: 130 years of history in 5 wines
• 14:00pm - 15:00pm: A drink for every occasion this Summer
• 16:30pm - 17:30pm: What is in the bottle? Decoding a label

Wine & Beverage Tasting Workshops:
Taught by Master Sommelier and Le Cordon Bleu Wine Development Manager Matthieu Longuère, these wine tasting workshops focus on elements taught in our wine school, as part of a short course or the Diploma in Wine, Gastronomy and Management.

We will show you how using the information on the label (grape variety, region, vintage, ets) can help guide you as to what to expect simply by looking at the bottle on the shelf.
