Beat the Price Increase
Le Cordon Bleu London will be raising the prices of all diploma programmes on Sunday 1st December 2024 as part of the annual price rise.
The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts celebrated the brightest young talents in hospitality at their 2024 Annual Awards of Excellence on Monday 29th July, hosted at Claridge's.
Eleanor completed the Diplôme de Pâtisserie in March 2023 and joined The Dorchester shortly after graduating. She met Executive Pastry Chef, Michael Kwan, at a Le Cordon Bleu Careers Fair and on completing the Diploma, joined him at the Dorchester as a commis chef, working in the afternoon tea and cakes section, and she has since been promoted to pastry demi chef de partie.
