Beat the Price Increase
Le Cordon Bleu London will be raising the prices of all diploma programmes on Sunday 1st December 2024 as part of the annual price rise.
In addition to this accolade, Central is named the Best Restaurant in South America 2022. Virgilio studied cuisine, pâtisserie and boulangerie at Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa and London, graduating in 2000, and Pía graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Peru in 2006 with a Diplôme de Cuisine. The couple met when Pía joined the brigade at Central Restaurante in Lima, owned by her now husband Virgilio.
In 2014 Central was first named the Best Restaurant in Latin America by the World's 50 Best Restaurants, and in 2021 Pía achieved international recognition when she was named as the World's Best Female Chef in 2021.
