Join us for an exclusive event celebrating the launch of our highly anticipated Plant-Based Culinary Programme at Le Cordon Bleu Dusit.
This innovative workshop is an excellent way to appreciate and taste different quality cheeses and how best to pair them with various beverages. Participants tasted a total of 9 different cheeses along with beverages such as: cider, beer, and a variety of wines.
Say Cheese is one of our most popular workshops. The course introduces a variety of tasty French cheeses as well as a study of basic beverages and cheese matching concepts. The participants enjoyed the workshop immensely – especially after tasting so many yummy cheeses!!!!!
