Le Cordon Bleu London offers an Intensive option for the Diplôme de Cuisine and Diplôme de Pâtisserie. This means that rather than the standard nine months it takes to complete the diploma, where you would complete the Basic, Intermediate and Superior certificates one at a time at three months each, you undertake both Basic and Intermediate in the same term, followed by Superior. The time it takes to complete the full diploma is reduced by three months, so you graduate after just six months of study.
