Registration are open for the 2019 Boulangerie Diplôme!

In 2019 the Boulangerie courses of São Paulo unit will be part of school's calendar. The Boulangerie Diplôme will be divided into two certificates: Basic Boulangerie Certificate and Advanced Boulangerie Certificate The course will have an average of 264 hours per certificate, totaling aproximately 4 months of course.

In 2019 our Institute will offer more than 20 Short Courses among the year. There are, the most requested: Course of Macaron, Course of Éclair and Cuisine des Amis. The new ones: Foie Gras Course, Making your own Bread, Dessert à L'assiette, etc. In addition to these courses, we will have the Festive Courses like : Mother's day Le Cordon Bleu and Easter Eggs Le Cordon Bleu. New calendar for 2019.
Regular, Intensive and Extensive classes with night periods!

From 2019 the Institute of Culinary Arts Le Cordon Bleu São Paulo will open new schedules for the classes of courses: Cuisine Diplôme e Patisserie Diplôme
In this new year, in addition to the Regular classes, with a duration of 3 months per certificates and 9 months per diplomas, we will have Intensive classes, with an average duration of 4 or 6 weeks per certificates and Night Classes with an average duration of 9 months per certificate.
