Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Culinary Arts Institute is pleased to offer a series of culinary short courses ranging from one afternoon to four days long. All taught by Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Chef instructors, these courses offer something for everyone, from beginners to industry professionals. Courses are scheduled during a three day period following the completion of each term in March, June, September and December. A limited number of custom courses may also be arranged subject to instructor availablity.
You could learn to dish up a main course inspired by Julia Child’s classic recipes, improve your knife skills or learn more about preparing jus, sauces and tarts with a French twist. One of Le Cordon Bleu’s most famous alumni, Julia Child, earned her Diplôme de Cuisine in 1951 and still to this day her recipes are used around the world. Julia’s recipes are a timeless expression of appreciation for traditional French cuisine.
