Episode 2 of "A Tasteful Story" podcast by Le Cordon Bleu Paris, now available
The second episode of the Le Cordon Bleu Paris podcast, "A Tasteful Story", is now available. Meet Thomas Graham, a young Anglo-American chef who works at Le Mermoz restaurant in the heart of the 8th arrondissement of Paris.
The recipe "Poulet Reine Elizabeth" now widely known as Coronation Chicken was created by Le Cordon Bleu London to be served at the Coronation Luncheon in 1953. In honour of King Charles' coronation on May 6th, these savoury chouxs are ideal finger food for your Coronation celebrations.
This recipe includes three delicious fillings – creamy smoked salmon, earthy mushrooms enhanced with truffle oil, and the classic Le Cordon Bleu Coronation Chicken.
