Erin Ghattas speaks about her HEG experience

Canadian, Erin Ghattas has had a career in finance for over 15 years. Passionate about gastronomy from an early age, she trained at Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa, taking various cuisine and boulangerie courses. As soon as she heard that the Advanced Studies in Gastronomy (HEG) programme was starting, she decided to cross the Atlantic for an experience that exceeded her expectations.

Le Cordon Bleu & Basque Culinary Center, Winners of the 2022 Prix Diálogo Awards

Every year the Spanish organization, Asociación Diálogo, an association dedicated to cultivating Franco-Spanish alliances, reveals its Prix Diálogo winners - organizations or prominent figures from different sectors - with the purpose of promoting and fostering the relationship between both countries.

Now in its 19th year, the 2022 Edition of the Prix Diálogo has named the Basque Culinary Center and Le Cordon Bleu as winners in the culinary arts and gastronomy category.
