During the workshop, you will learn:

- Coconut and Strawberry Tart: A delicate short-crust pastry filled with almond cream, layered with vibrant fruit jelly, and adorned with fresh coconut and strawberries for a tropical twist.
- Lemon Yuzu Meringue Tart: A zesty tart featuring a silky lemon-yuzu curd, topped with beautifully piped Italian meringue for a perfect balance of tangy and sweet.
