In this hands-on interactive 3-hour worskshop learn from our Le Cordon Bleu World-renowned Pastry chefs the best techniques for creating finest tarts.

During the workshop, you will learn:

    • Coffee Tart: An elegant tart that showcases the rich aroma of coffee with a buttery short-crust base, filled with a velvety coffee-infused ganache. Topped with a layer of silky coffee cream and garnished with delicate chocolate accents, this dessert is a sophisticated indulgence for coffee lovers.
    • Raspberry Pistachio Tart: A vibrant tart combining the nutty richness of pistachio cream with the bright tartness of raspberries. Nestled in a crisp short-crust shell, this creation features a pistachio frangipane base, a layer of raspberry compote, and is finished with fresh berries and pistachio crunch for a refined and colorful presentation.
