In this hands-on interactive 4-hour workshop you will learn from the world-renowned Le Cordon Bleu Pastry Chefs the best techniques and secrets of sourdough breadmaking.
During the workshop, you will learn the following products:
- Flaxseed Baguette (Poolish Starter): A wholesome and nutty baguette enriched with flaxseeds, crafted using a poolish fermentation method for enhanced flavor and texture.
- High-Protein Walnut Bread (Sourdough): A nutrient-dense loaf packed with walnuts, developed on a sourdough base for a rich, tangy taste and soft crumb.
- German Potato Levain Bread: A rustic, hearty bread featuring creamy potato chunks, created using a levain starter to deliver a balanced flavor and chewy crust.
