The macaron is one of the most popular pastry cookies in France, especially in Paris. This classic pastry has a smooth top with a ganache centre and can be made in many flavours and colours to match any occasion.

In this special hands-on interactive 3-hour Macaron workshop, learn from our Le Cordon Bleu world-renowned chefs:

  • Plant-based Passion Fruit Macaron:  A vibrant, plant-based twist on the classic French delicacy—these vegan macarons feature crisp almond shells filled with a tangy and aromatic passion fruit ganache. Bursting with tropical flavour and a smooth finish, they offer a bright, elegant bite without any compromise on texture or taste.
  • Peach Raspberry Macaron Italien Meringue: Delicate almond macaron shells made with Italian meringue cradle a vibrant peach and raspberry filling, where juicy sweetness meets a bright, tangy finish. Perfectly balanced and elegantly smooth, each bite offers a refreshing burst of summer fruit wrapped in a light, crisp embrace.
