Summer BBQ & Outdoor Party

Join our Le Cordon Bleu Chefs as they create an unforgettable appetizer, delicious mains and a mouthwatering dessert on an outdoor charcoal grill. Gain tips and tricks to show off to family and friends at your next summer gathering or cottage BBQ. There will be a variety of proteins to try including seafood, poultry, white and red meat. Throughout the demo you’ll be able to ask questions and taste each recipe as they are prepared. After the demo, enjoy the food and a famous Champs-Elysee cocktail (sparkling wine, Cointreau liqueur and fresh raspberry) on the patio with fellow classmates. A great experience for all!

In case of bad weather, we have scheduled a rain date for July 19th.
