If you have already placed an order with us for Thanksgiving, please follow these steps for curb side pick-up


Pick up schedule:

Sunday,  October 10th from 2 pm to 4.40 pm .
Please refer to your pickup time that was selected when you placed your order.

Pick up procedures:

Hygiene:

  • Our team will be adhering to established COVID-19 sanitary procedures to ensure your safety and theirs.
  • Your meal will be packaged in a box for easy transportation. Please make room in your trunk for your order!

When you arrive at Signatures Restaurant:

  • Enter Signatures Restaurant u-shaped driveway as marked when you arrive at your selected time.
  • You will be greeted by a staff member at the awning in front of our building.
  • For contactless pick up, please have your order ID number and name ready to show through the window (a printed copy or the electronic version from your mobile phone).
  • Once our staff confirms your name and order number, please open the trunk of your car. If you are unable to do it automatically from within your car, we will request you to step out of the vehicle, open it and return inside.
  • Our delivery staff will proceed to put your order inside the trunk. After staff closes your trunk, you will be guided to the exit of the premises.
Should you need to contact us about a misplaced Order ID number, please do so by email or call us at (613) 236-2499 prior to Sunday, October 10th.  Please note that we have very limited access to email and phone over the weekend.

Thanksgiving Fine Dining At Home

Thanksgiving is the perfect holiday to get together with loved ones and show appreciation and what better way to celebrate the blessing of the past year than with an elegant Thanksgiving dinner that you can just simply re-heat once everyone is together? Give thanks with the finest examples of French cuisine prepared by our Executive Chef Yannick Anton. Our 4-course Thanksgiving menu starts with a roasted pumpkin, red grapes and apples, little gem Caesar salad followed by a roasted celery and apple soup with smoked granola. The main course is individual turkey breast ballotine stuffed with mushroom accompanied by side dish of traditional stuffing, assorted fall vegetables, Yukon gold potato puree and turkey gravy.  A unique festive dessert concludes this 4-course meal with a scrumptious carrot cranberry maple cake with light caramel cream and glazed walnut. 

Our Thanksgiving Meal comes in packages of servings for 2 or 3. You can combine multiple packages to accommodate the number of guests in your household. Complete your meal by selecting a succulent wine from our recommended wine list.

SPARKLING WINES

NV Doc Terre Gaie Prosecco


Terre Gaie is a high quality and lively Prosecco made from estate grown fruit from the best hillside area of the Veneto Prosecco zone. It is zesty and has a proper brut-style dryness while being fruit. Straw-yellow color with greenish tints. Fresh and delicate bouquet with fruity aromas and hints of apple. Palate is very fine and persistent while quite elegant and lively.

Benjamin Bridge NV Brut


In the glass, a pale golden colour with a straw hue. On the nose, the wine displays suggestions of smoke and lemon rind with strong sea minerals undertones. The palate is luscious, but with good intensity and vibrancy. Featuring both substantial structure and elegance, vibrant notes of lime blossom and hints of smoke echo through an expressive finish.

WHITE WINES

2017 Rodney Strong Chardonnay


Nice blend of light pear and fresh honeydew melon. Very refreshing and light, deep straw hue, nose of peach and chalk, opens with a creamy yellow apple and starfruit. Middle is mild, finish carries baking spices, honeydew melon and lime peel. Bright acidity boosts the rich elements of fruit and oak on the palate. Not as oaked as some other Chardonnays but great for those oak lovers.

2018 Rive Droite Rive Gauche Cotes du Rhone Blanc


Very aromatic with overtones of white flowers, apricot, white peach. This full-bodied wine has low acidity, which makes it easy to drink by its own. Flavors of peaches, quince, pear, melon and pineapple flavors tinged with cinnamon and brown sugar and some waxy lanolin that make the palate quite complex for the price.

Domaine d'Alzipratu FiumeSeccu Blanc 2018

 

FiumeSeccu White is made from the Vermentinu varietal. This wine is characterised by floral notes, apple and almond on the nose and a pleasant minerality on the palate.

Stratus Tollgate Red 2016

A juicy, full-bodied Niagara red wine blend of Cabernet and Merlot grapes, along with some Petit Verdot and Syrah. Aromas of dark cherry and toasty oak. Juicy and tasty. Pair with roast beef.

2018 Corse Calvi FiumeSeccu Red Domaine Alzipratu

Made from typical regional varietals, this cuvee maximizes its fresh factor with inviting notes of kirsch, mild spices, licorice, and flowers. This dry cherry-red colored wine features medium spicy, fruity and vegetal scents and offers a broad texture as well as smooth tannins.

2014 Knights Challenge Chardonnay

This is more classic New World chardonnay with complex powerful fruit, buttery notes and well-integrated, stylish oak. Cutting through all that is a mineral, savory Okanagan undercurrent. A bit old-style if you like, but with a much subtler touch. Only eight barrels made.

Q: Is the package comparable to the cuisine of Signature Restaurant in-person dining?
A: Yes. Your meal will be prepared by Signatures Restaurant Executive Chef Yannick Anton with the help from our world-renown pastry and cuisine Chefs from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute.

Q: Can I make changes to the ingredients/plates or order a different serving size?
A: No. Due to high volume, we are not able to accommodate modifications of any kind.

Q: Can I pay with a gift card??
A: Online payment accepts credit card and debit card. For gift card payment the customer must write email to contact@signaturesrestaurant.com with a scan/picture of gift card and contact information

Q: Are the ingredients completely the same as written on your website?
A: Due to high demand, some ingredients may not be freshly available every time. Signatures Restaurant may compensate some ingredients that are not available with a similar ingredient of the highest quality. You will be contacted if such a case is occurring.

Q: Is the package served hot?
A: You will need to re-heat into an oven and stovetop following our printed instructions (comes in pick up box). One of the appetizers is a cold dish.

Q: Is the turkey served whole?
A: No, it is turkey breast ballotine stuffed with mushroom

Q: Can I get an order for 4?
A: Our Thanksgiving Meal comes in packages of servings for 2 and 3 people. You can then combine accordingly for the right amount of servings for your household dinner. For example, if you are catering to a group of 7, can purchase 2 meal packages for 2 and one meal package for 3.

Q: Is the package nut free?
A: No, it is not. The food is prepared in environment where nuts were handled.



Q: Is there shellfish in the meal?
A: No, there is no shellfish.

Q: Is there gluten in the package?
A: Yes.

Q:  Are the vegetables vegetarian?
A:  Yes, they are not cooked with any kind of stock.  

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: There is no option to cancel once you have placed your order. Your order confirms your intent regardless of the change of conditions of the COVID19 pandemic.

Q: Can I order alcohol only?
A: Provincial law requires at least one food item to be purchased with any take out alcohol.

Q: Can anyone pick up order?

A: If the order includes wine, the person picking up the order must be 19 years or older and show ID.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: There is no option to cancel once you have placed your order. Your order confirms your intent regardless of the change of conditions of the COVID19 pandemic.
