Our Grand Diplôme is the most prestigious culinary qualification from Le Cordon Bleu, combining the study of our Diplôme de Cuisine and Diplôme de Pâtisserie. This accredited diploma is awarded after nine months of full-time tuition.
Le Cordon Bleu Grand Diplôme teaches students to progressively discover and master the basics of French Cuisine and Pâtisserie. Over a period of nine months students advance through Basic, Intermediate and Superior levels in both Cuisine and Pâtisserie.
Each level is completed over 10 weeks. Practical classes are delivered over six hours, including lecturer demonstration and practical student work. Theory is integrated throughout the course. Le Grand Diplôme tuition fees are NZD$65,000 (guide only – subject to change).
Upon successful completion of the three certificate levels students will be awarded a Diplôme de Cuisine, a Diplôme de Pâtisserie, and Le Grand Diplôme.
