Le Grand Diplôme® is the core of the study plan of Le Cordon Bleu; it is the most complete program of French Classic Cuisine and Pastry techniques available today.
Le Grand Diplôme® is formed by 3 Cuisine Certificates and 3 Pastry Certificates; each Certificate has a duration of approximately 3 months.
We have Mornings Cycles 8:00 am to 14:00 hrs. and Evenings Cycles 19:00 to 22:00 hrs.
Each Diploma includes:
We will give you a Certificate when each level is completed and a Diploma when you finish the 3 Certificates of Cuisine or/and Pastry.
All our courses are taught in Spanish language with an option for a spanish - english translator.
The maximum group size is 16 people.
There are 3 school cycles, which are in January, May and August.
It's not necessary a previous culinary experience to take our Diplomas and Certificates.

Le Cordon Bleu Mexico doesn't have own accommodations. but there are several options that Universidad Anahuac have; do not hesitate to ask about them.
It's no necessary to be a student of Universidad Anahuac to enroll at Le Cordon Bleu Mexico.
We are located in Universidad Anáhuac Avenue No. 46, Lomas Anáhuac, Huixquilucan, Estado de México, Z.C. 52786.
Le Cordon Bleu Mexico is inside Universidad Anahuac on the 3th floor of the Engineering Labs.
They are themed Short Courses of 3 or more days where you'll learn to cook one or more recipes per day in a 100% practical way.
Each Workshop includes hat and apron of Le Cordon Bleu, hairnet, ingredients you will use, recipes, Certificate of participation and you can take what you're going to cook.

They are themed Short Courses of 1 day where you'll learn to cook one or more recipes in a 100% practical way.

There is a promotion of 3 or 6 months without interests with American Express and Santander cards; also we have $200.00 USD of discount in Certificates of Le Grand Diplôme® or $150.00 USD in Specialty Certificates for payment in a single display.
Application Fee is a payment that serves to set aside your place in Le Cordon Bleu Mexico, which is an amount of $500.00 USD. THIS PAYMENT IS NON REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Yes, Le Cordon Bleu Mexico can send you a membrated letter to help your VISA transact.
Realizando el pago mínimo del 50% del total del Certificado que deseas tomar, Le Cordon Bleu México te podrá expedir una carta para facilitar tu trámite de VISA. Realising the minimum payment of 50% of the total cost of the Certificate you want to take, Le Cordon Bleu Mexico may send you a letter to facilitate your VISA process.
