Le Cordon Bleu, a leader in the culinary arts and hospitality management since 1895, is opening its doors in the emblematic Hôtel de la Marine.
Le Cordon Bleu Paris Chefs, assisted by students from all over the world, will be leading culinary demonstrations and workshops for all.
Wine workshops, Tea Time workshops, Dinner workshops and exceptional MasterClass are also available.
Whether you are a gourmet, keen to learn how to make delicious homemade meals for your guests, or simply want to learn the art of cooking, a Le Cordon Bleu Chef will share their culinary secrets with you.
The Dinner workshop is outstanding and unique!
Each participant makes the menu Starter under the expert guidance of a cuisine Chef during a 1h30 workshop. A glass of Champagne and Burgundy choux pastries round off the workshop.
Supper is then served in the dining room where the starter prepared is tasted, followed by a variety of savoury and sweet dishes.
Have you ever dreamed of making delicious French pastries? From mythical macarons to the art of chocolate, from tarts to choux pastry, our pastry Chefs will share their gourmet secrets with you to create pastries with a special touch.
Throughout the workshop, a pastry Chef shows participants the different stages of the recipe, as well as how to successfully prepare it. All participants are invited to reproduce each step of the creation.
Le Cordon Bleu - Hôtel de la Marine offers a variety of wine tasting workshops, open to all, with no experience required. In our wine tasting room, you will learn step-by-step how to recognize wines, serve them and pair them with various dishes, guided by our Head Sommelier Vincent Feron, who has many years' experience in promoting French gastronomy internationally.
