Le Cordon Bleu Sydney is offering sixteen lucky students the chance to join a tantilising Culinary Adventure Camp!

Calling all budding chefs! Le Cordon Bleu Sydney is turning up the heat this April with its inaugural Culinary Adventure Camp. Over two, fun-filled days, high school students are invited to show off their kitchen skills and craft delectable dishes, guided by our expert teaching chefs.

Students will be able to choose whether they wish to participate in one, or both days. Plus, gain an insight into the world of Le Cordon Bleu with a campus tour to finish the adventure.

All tools will be provided – just bring your passion and energy for culinary arts, and we’ll take care of the rest!

What will you experience on your Culinary Adventure Camp?

Day one will focus on the art of cuisine, where students will get to roll up their sleeves and prepare a delicious lunch. On the menu will be Tortellini aux Farci Melange avec Beurre Noisette à le Sauge/ Sauce Provencal (Stuffed Tortellini with Hazelnut Butter and Sage)

Day two is all about the intricacies of French patisserie and will be sure to excite and delight those with a sweet tooth. Students will be crafting Chocolate - Bon Bons and Truffles.
*Please note that students will need to bring their own lunch on this day.
