How to Apply

You may be considering Le Cordon Bleu Taiwan-NKUHT and wondering about our entrance requirements, enrolment deadlines, and the application process. This page pulls together all the important information you need to know.

We strongly recommend you to submit the application as soon as possible and no later than 2 weeks before the commencement date in order to complete all necessary procedures. Application Procedure

Entry Requirements
- Above 18 years old by the program commencement date.
- Taiwanese male applicants need to complete the military service by the program commencement date.
- Applicants who apply for programmes delivered in English shall provide evidence of English proficiency. The minimum requirement is as below:
  - IELT 5.0 / TOEIC 550 / TOEFL 67 or above
  - Applicants who have completed a High School Degree or Higher Qualification in the English-majority countries are exempt from being required to provide the transcript of the English test.
Application Materials
Prepare all supporting documents listed below:
- Application form
- Letter of Motivation (300-500 words)
- CV / Resume
- ID or Passport copy (colour)
- 2-inches Portrait photo (colour)
- A copy of the Draft Discharge Order/Draft Exemption
- Proof of payment for the application fee NTD$ 8,000
- Other supporting documents. (optional)

You can apply online, or by e-mail with all required documentation.
Admission Procedure
- The application form and documentation are received by Le Cordon Bleul
- Subsequent to the acceptance of the application, a Letter of Offer (LOO) will be sent to you by email with the payment amount, deadlines, methods and the cram-school contract.
- Once the payment and signed cram-school contract have been received and returned to us, we will send you a Confirmation of Enrollment letter (COE) by emaill.
- Orientation is mandatory for all new students. We look forward to welcoming you!
