As the competition carries on, an updated calendar has been released with a new format for the semi-finals enabling all to participate.
While celebrating 125 years of excellence in teaching around the world, Le Cordon Bleu has launched two global competitions dedicated to aspiring culinary professionals and its alumni.
Future Talents competition – open to 18 years old and over, looking for a career in hospitality, this competition offers the winners training in Cuisine and/or Pâtisserie in one of our prestigious institutes, among other prizes.
Alumni Trophy of Excellence – Le Cordon Bleu is inviting all its culinary diploma graduates to enter the alumni competition, for the chance to win the coveted trophy, for either Cuisine or Pâtisserie categories, among many other prizes.
Le Cordon Bleu has decided to move the semi-final to an online culinary competition. This unique format enables all to participate without compromising on health and safety in the context of COVID-19. Selected candidates will therefore take the challenge to their home kitchen. Le Cordon Bleu is excited to see the semi-finals take place around the world on July 24th and 25th, 2020.
Applicants still have until June 30th, 2020 to enter the programme and earn the chance to go to Paris for the finale on October 15th. To apply, candidates must register online, and complete the application form.
In this international event, Le Cordon Bleu is proud to count as partners, leaders such as Clement Design, Gosset Champagne and Electrolux.
