Entries now open for the 2023 La Rose Noire Competition!

Tart shells Are you a Le Cordon Bleu Australia pâtisserie student or alumni? It's time to put your best foot forward and enter the 2023 La Rose Noire Competition, in collaboration with Le Cordon Bleu and Mayer's Fine Food.

Participants will be tasked with filling, preparing, baking, designing and serving a selection of tarts using their own creative flair. La Rose Noire manager Andre Sandison, who is a former Le Cordon Bleu Australia pâtisserie lecturer, will head the judging panel.

The competition will be held on Thursday, March 30, from 8.30am at Le Cordon Bleu Sydney, 250 Blaxland Rd, Ryde NSW. If you are interested in competing, please email Head Pâtisserie Lecturer John Daly or Krisna Estanislao at m.estanislao@mycordonbleu.net.
