As 2024 draws to a close, it’s my pleasure to reflect on an extraordinary year at Le Cordon Bleu New Zealand and share our excitement for what lies ahead in 2025.
Sue Townshend, Le Cordon Bleu New Zealand's Head of School.
This year has been marked by exceptional achievements from our students, alumni, and staff. From refining our classic programmes to driving innovation in the culinary and hospitality sectors, their passion and dedication have been truly inspiring. A standout milestone of 2024 has been the opening of our new Brasserie restaurant on campus. This vibrant space not only provides our students with invaluable hands-on experience but also offers an opportunity to showcase the creativity and expertise nurtured here at Le Cordon Bleu.

Looking to 2025, we are thrilled to be introducing new programmes designed to equip our students with cutting-edge skills and knowledge. These initiatives reflect our commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends while upholding the timeless standards of excellence that define Le Cordon Bleu.

We are deeply grateful for the ongoing support and encouragement from our alumni, community, and industry partners, who continue to play a vital role in our success. Your contributions help us shape the next generation of culinary and hospitality leaders.
On behalf of everyone at Le Cordon Bleu New Zealand, I wish you a joyous holiday season and a prosperous New Year. Thank you for being part of our journey!
