For the very first time we have organised our graduating Diplôme De Cuisine students to present a 3 course meal dinner to the public. Sold at RM70 per person all our 12 dinner sessions have been fully booked with a long waitlist. The students received good reviews and comments for the meals they presented, where some foodies had classified them as great meals compare with many commercial standalone restaurants rendering French style meals.
The crème brûlée, foie gras, duck confit, barramundi, beef bourguignon had received thumbs up from many diners. The accolades receive just goes to show that the Diplôme de Cuisine programme delivered over nine months does indeed impart good culinary skills for anyone to launch their professional chef career.
