Our Superior Cuisine Students’ crafted dinners goes PUBLIC for the very first time. For 12 nights in the month of August and September, anyone may savour a 3-course French Styled dinner at Espace Andre Cointreau for a mere RM70 per person. This is an opportunity to see our graduating students in action and for you to gauge the standard of their culinary skills. This is one of many commercial exposures our students will go through for them to graduate with a Diplôme de Cuisine and Advance Diplôme in Professional Cookery awards which is only available in Malaysia.
Now that physical practical classes are enabled again after more than 18 months of lock down, we are glad to be able to organise our industry visit activities once again. Activities such as food sensory experience in selected commercial restaurants, sturgeon farm visit, and hotel visits are part of our learning experience as one master their culinary skills with expert chef instructors of Le Cordon Bleu.
Interacting with students from all walks of life, and all over Malaysia as well as International students from no less than 5 countries will certainly help your learning curve. Don’t wait find out the favourite course you would like to take and sign up for our July and October intake to begin your culinary journey!!!
