If you can't pick between the two options, there is always the Grand Diplôme which combines both cuisine and pastry diplomas, studied alongside each other for the ultimate culinary education. There are also intensive options available twice a year which see the full diploma taught in just 6 months, instead of the usual 9 month duration.
