Beat the Price Increase
Le Cordon Bleu London will be raising the prices of all diploma programmes on Saturday 1st December 2024 as part of the annual price rise.
The award-winning loaves - White, White & Rye, and Malted Granary Sourdough – were all recognised with stars, marking an outstanding debut year for the Yorkshire sourdough start-up in these national awards.
Founded in 2022 by Luke, Luke’s Bakery has become popular with bread lovers across the region. From its headquarters in Brough, the team bakes thousands of sourdough loaves a week, supplying shops, homes and hospitality businesses across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.
Reflecting on the bakery’s achievement, Luke’s Bakery Founder and Director, Luke Jenneson, shared “It means a huge amount to receive not one, but three Great Taste Awards in our first year entering. We often hear from customers that our sourdough is the best they’ve tasted and being recognised in such prestigious national awards is a huge milestone. We take pride in slow proving our dough for unbeatable flavour, bake for just the right amount of time and never take shortcuts on simple, honest, local ingredients. Thank you to the judges, the Guild of Fine Foods and of course my brilliant team at the bakery.”
