Karim Bourgi is an artisan pastry chef, private consultant and business owner. Chef Karim graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Paris in 1999, going on to train in some of the finest establishments in France’s capital before founding his brands, KAYU and CALLA.
Milos Mirjanic is Executive Brand Chef for Siddharta Lounge by Buddha-Bar at Grosvenor House Dubai. Chef Milos won Pastry Chef of The Year 2024 Marriott MBC UAE and first place in The Mystery Basket Grand Prix at the 2025 Salon Culinaire in London.
