This beverage workshop is an initiation to beer appreciation. It will cover the history and evolution of beer brewing from prehistory to modern times.
Beer Appreciation Workshops are one of our most popular NEW workshops. The workshop covers the characteristics of basic beer ingredients, common brewing methods, beer regions and glassware etc. A guided tasting of 15 beers will also be provided - giving students an overview of different beer styles and tastes as well as beer & food pairing, for example, beer with cheeses, BBQ meats, spicy salad and chocolate.
