Le Cordon Bleu is hosting an Alumni Meet event in Dubai on Saturday 12th April.
In this interview we caught up with former Le Cordon Bleu London student Alwyn Lee, who graduated with our Diploma in Culinary Management, following completion of the Grand Diplôme®.
