Le Cordon Bleu Paris offers a comprehensive patisserie and boulangerie programme, suitable for both culinary arts enthusiasts and future entrepreneurs. Taught over 9 to 12 months, depending on the option chosen, the programme aims to provide students with the skills and experience necessary to excel in this field.
As a Patisserie and Boulangerie Diploma student, you will learn the basic techniques of proofing, kneading, shaping, and baking breads, tarts, cakes, and other pastries. Essential skills, such as hygiene, good time management and business management are also central to the programme.
Professional supervision and state-of-the-art equipment are all part of the package. All you have to do is apply! Cost of the programme: 42,500.00 €. These fees include the application fee (1,500 €) learning material, equipment including the Sabatier knife kit uniform and all activities.
Specialise in one area by choosing one of our two distinct programmes in boulangerie and patisserie.
The immersive approach of the Internship Pathway enables students to gain in-depth practical experience and develop a holistic understanding of these two professions.
Students will have the same academic learning as those enrolled on the non-internship programme. On the internship pathway, the programme lasts between 13 and 16 months, depending on the option chosen. The 3 months of work-based learning are included in the above duration. The tuition fees for this programme are 45,500.00 €. Students can use the school's network to find an internship in a prestigious establishment.
Le Cordon Bleu Paris offers a wide range of cuisine, pastry, boulangerie and oenology workshops for all levels, from beginners to professionals. Intensive programmes, evening classes, weekend classes, masterclasses... as a student, you will have access to various workshop formats so that you can manage your personal schedule while taking part in the classes. In these workshops, you will benefit from the guidance of professional Chefs and top of the range facilities. Cost and duration vary depending on the workshop.
