Le Cordon Bleu Madrid celebrates the 2025 Michelin guide stars awarded to alumni

Le Cordon Bleu Madrid, represented by some of its chef professors and team, travelled to Benhavís (Málaga) to collaborate in the 5th edition of this solidary initiative. The Institute was in charge of organizing a circuit of fun cooking workshops to teach the 150 participating children that "Eating healthy is fun". To do this, they had a total of 40 Spanish Michelin-starred chefs, gather in a gastronomic encounter, created to transmit the importance of eating healthy since childhood.
In this edition, ChefsForChildren collaborated with the Pequeño Deseo Foundation, which has been working since the year 2000, to make the wishes of children with serious and chronic illnesses come true, in order to support them emotionally and generate positive emotions for all.
Prior to the workshops, a press conference was held where chefs, sponsors and collaborators participated. The director of Le Cordon Bleu Madrid, Rosario Barrios, transmitted the importance of the purpose of this event: "To teach children to have a healthy and natural relationship with food" and explained how the children from Pequeño Deseo Fundation, who attended the workshops held at the Institute on March 6th, made enjoy cooking and filled the kitchens with smiles. The event was concluded with a solidary gala dinner, consisting of an exclusive tasting menu, prepared by Michelin Starred chefs from Malaga.
