October 2019 – Le Cordon Bleu Paris is partner of the Chefs World Summit exhibition, held from 24 to 26 November 2019 in Monaco. This international rendez-vous of the high-quality gastronomy gathers the world best Chefs and culinary arts experts for 3 days of conferences and workshops. A global hub of culinary art, this event is intended to train and inspire new generations.
Chef Eric Briffard, MOF (One of the Best Craftsmen in France), Executive Chef and Culinary Arts Director and Head of Le Cordon Bleu Paris will participate in two round-table on themes resonating with Le Cordon Bleu Paris’ activity and values. Transmission and education to a healthy and sustainable cuisine have been core missions of the institute for over 125 years. Listen to Chef Briffard on these topics :

The event will also host the 5th “International Cuisine Cup – Prince Albert II of Monaco Trophy” competition, on Sunday 24 and Monday 25 November. This event aims to promote the cooking profession as well as maintaining the techniques originated from the French culinary heritage. Chef Briffard will be part of the jury alongside Christian Millet (Les Cuisiniers de France President) and chaired by Philippe Joannes (Director of Culinary Events Société des Bains de Mer). The finalists will have to stand out by their techniques and the enhancement of tastes through the creation of a dish with garnishes and a dessert. The award ceremony will take place on Monday 25 November at 8pm.
