Le Cordon Bleu London are pleased to announce the release of this years’ Christmas with Le Cordon Bleu, featuring show-stopping festive recipes and professional advice from Le Cordon Bleu’s culinary experts.

The magazine is full of recipes and inspiration to make your Christmas sparkle, including mouth-watering roasts, guides to preparing smoked salmon and Christmas ham at home and a selection of fabulous alternative main courses for Christmas Day. All your culinary needs are covered by a full festive menu created by Le Cordon Bleu master chefs, from hors d’oeuvre to dessert. There are pages of delicious recipes and festive tips, including exciting Christmas dinner alternatives, cocktail mixology advice, gift ideas and how to make the most of your leftovers.

Alongside traditional festive fare, Le Cordon Bleu have devised recipes for an entirely plant-based feast. Le Cordon Bleu London responded to the rise in demand for plant-based cuisine with the launch of a new Diploma in Plant-Based Culinary Arts this year, and this three-course festive meal showcases how you can put plants at in the spotlight.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a Le Cordon Bleu Christmas without an array of sweet treats, and the extravagant dessert wreath pictured on the cover promises exactly that. Featured are a fabulous selection of recipes for entremets and chocolate decorating tips to recreate this impressive centrepiece.
