A cocktail organized by first year Bachelor students

February 2019 - A few weeks ago, the students of the Bachelor of Business in International Hospitality Management and the Bachelor of Business in Culinary Arts organized, from beginning to end, a cocktail party to celebrate the new year.

From the preparation of the dishes to the setting up of the room, from the service at the bar to the reception of the guests, the students organised the entire event. Supported by our Chef Instructor, they participated in this practical exercise.
