Cocktail evening with Cognac Frapin & Nazani Tea infusions

London

Le Cordon Bleu London were pleased to be joined for a cocktail evening with Cognac Frapin and Nazani Tea Infusions as part of London Cocktail Week.

Cognac Frapin was founded in 1270, initially as vignerons, before distilling their wine into what we know as Cognac today. Uniquely, all grapes are sourced from their 240ha estate, based in the Grande Champagne area, then aged slowly in their cellars under Château Fontpinot.

Nazani Tea creates herbal infusions and tisanes based on the principles of luxury, integrity, and elegance, sourcing products sustainably from all over the world, looking at ancient traditions with a modern approach to improve one’s wellbeing.

Guests had the opportunity to taste cognacs from the Frapin range, Nazani infusions and four cocktails that combined both of them, leaving with a newfound understanding of how to combine and accentuate flavours and to create delicious cognac cocktails at home.

The event was hosted by Phil Duffy, BNIC (Bureau National Interprofessionel du Cognac) Educator, and Arleen Ouzounian, founder of Nazani Tea.
