On Friday, March 14th, Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa welcomed CTV News' Jackie Perez to its exclusive Student Soirée, part of a special event series celebrating the institution's 130th anniversary. This elegant canapé-style soirée highlighted the exceptional skills of our intermediate cuisine students, who prepared a selection of exquisite small dishes under the guidance of Chef Atifa Prinsloo.

 

The curated menu featured nine intricate canapés designed by Chef Prinsloo, complemented by four delectable desserts. Guests indulged in a sophisticated culinary experience enhanced by a thoughtfully selected assortment of wines, handcrafted cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Throughout the evening, guests had the unique opportunity to engage with the student chefs as they introduced themselves and shared insights into their culinary journeys and aspirations.
