City Harvest Impact Report 2024 | London
Le Cordon Bleu London are delighted to share the annual impact report from surplus food donated to City Harvest throughout 2024.
There is a rising focus on lifestyle and balance in the food industry, which has increased the demand for culinary professionals to support and provide nourishing produce with creative flavours which support a healthy lifestyle. This programme will teach students to develop new pastry concepts, using an expansive range of ingredients and techniques reinvented from the classics.
The Diploma in Pâtisserie Innovation and Wellness will also address how pastry chefs can accommodate all manner of dietary requirements, whether that be due to an allergy or lifestyle choice, without compromising the quality of a dish. Le Cordon Bleu master chefs will show students how to work with alternatives such as plant-based and gluten-free products to create high quality dishes.
This programme requires prior experience in the workplace or through studies, making it ideal for graduates of the Diplôme de Patisserie who wish to further their studies. The programme will provide students with expertise in which they can build on the foundations of pâtisserie chef training, exploring the creative space of innovation and experimenting with ingredients and concepts whilst focusing on wellbeing and food choices.
The first intake for this new programme will be September 2021 and the duration of study is three months, full time. For more information please visit the programme page or get in touch using the form below.
