Chef Rebecca Disini is well-known in the highly competitive culinary and pastry scenes of the Philippines for her sterling international and local career in food conglomerates and as the founder of Ooh Lala! Cakes and Pastries—the creator of the country's first line of artisanal mirror cakes, awarded as one of Philippine Daily Inquirer's Best Desserts in 2019.

She attended Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, receiving her Grand Diplôme and her Pastry Diploma. She also received a Distinction Honors diploma from Le Cordon Bleu London's Cuisine Diploma in Classical French Techniques program.
