
Graduation ceremony - Pastry and Bakery
The graduation ceremony for our pastry and bakery students took place on March 21. Congratulations to all graduates on their well-deserved success!
In just 15 minutes, those lucky enough to participate were able to customize a chocolate egg with bespoke decoration. The Institute’s pastry Chefs with some Pâtisserie Diploma students demonstrated their expertise and provided a foretaste of the workshops available at the institute.
For Easter, Chefs of the institute created a chocolate masterpiece. It has been put on display at Le Café Le Cordon Bleu.
