Are you a Le Cordon Bleu Sydney cuisine student or alumni? It's time to put your best foot forward and enter the La Rose Noire Cuisine Competition 2023, in collaboration with Le Cordon Bleu and Mayer's Fine Food.
Participants will be tasked with using La Rose Noire tart bases to come up with inventive fillings and garnishes suitable for canapes and a main dish (think savoury vegetarian fillings and vegan fillings). La Rose Noire manager Andre Sandison, who is a former Le Cordon Bleu Australia lecturer, will head the judging panel alongside Le Cordon Bleu Sydney chef Patrick Southon and Education Support Officer Nicholas Pang.
The competition will be held on Monday, September 18, at Le Cordon Bleu Sydney, 250 Blaxland Rd, Ryde NSW. If you are interested in competing, please email m.pang@mycordonbleu.net with your full name and student ID (if you are current student). For alumni, please include your name, current workplace, email and contact number.
Applications close Sunday, August 27, 2023. Please place ‘LCB LA ROSE NOIRE CUISINE COMP’ and your name in the subject line.
