Le Cordon Bleu offers an accelerated programme to those wishing to complete their training over a shorter period, about 6 months. These are the intensive diplomas.
An accelerated training in cuisine or pastry
What are intensive diplomas?
The intensive programmes have the same curriculum as the standard progammes and the fees are the same. The difference is in the timing, providing fast track training. Each certificate takes place over a period of 6 weeks, 6 to 12 hours per day, 6 days a week.
You may also sign up for a single certificate and return at a later date to complete your training and obtain your whole diploma. In the intensive session, you may only choose one discipline (Cuisine or Pastry) and only the Basic (Cuisine or Pastry) and Intermediate (Cuisine or Pastry) certificates are offered as intensive programmes.
Who are the accelerated training progammes aimed at?
The intensive certificates are aimed at:
- recent A-Level or university graduates;
- those looking for a change of career;
with or without culinary experience, interested in an accelerated training programme incorporating precise culinary techniques.
